“HOW’S THIS?” JANE pulled down an old silver tray and showed it to her sister. “It might work.”
“Hmm. It’s awfully dirty.” Her sister took if from her and scrapped at it with a nail. “What’s on it?”
“I have no idea.” Jane wiped her forehead. 9 A.M. and it was already a scorcher. Antiquing sucks. “Do you want it or not?”
Her sister turned it over and studied the back. “Does it have a mark?”
Jane pulled down another silver tray. “How about this one?”
