Ironic, when trees become less the animals become bolder and the people begin to fear their own existence!

There’s an overpopulation of deer in the area of the country. They’ve lost their natural fear. I’ve seen a herd of 30 plus deer cross the highway a couple of times now. And this one was chock full of attitude. She saw me, sniffed, then turned and sauntered off, like I wasn’t even worth a second look.
She might even be the one who’s ate my mother’s hostas.
